Thanks to all who turned out to perform at the Prairie Arts Festival in West Point, Mississippi! Though they were setting put the sound system while you were playing, and though you had to take a break so they could announce the winners of the fun run, the group violins and ensemble did a great job! Those runners probably didn’t know what hit them, but everyone it Suzuki kept their cool.

I am a poet, translator, and professor of literature and creative writing at Mississippi University for Women, where I direct the Low-Res MFA in Creative Writing, the undergraduate concentration in creative writing, and the Eudora Welty Writers' Symposium.
